For me the biggest help was being able to finally see the blind spots I had. Issues that were holding me back without me even realizing. Additionally, it also reinforced a number of thoughts I already had about what I wanted to change. It galvanized my own analysis, as well as showing me entirely new avenues of improvement! In the end after digesting everything from my report It gave me clear direction and motivation! I went from feeling like I was in the dark and hoping something would stick to knowing exactly what I need to do. It still takes hard work and persistence, but the results speak for themself!
